Author Guidelines

Research articles: 4,000–7,000 words, inclusive of abstract, notes, and references. Book reviews: 1,000–1,500 words.

Abstract: 150–250 words. Keywords: 5–8.

Format: Word (.docx) or PDF, 12-point font, 1.5 line spacing. Number all pages. Sanskrit, Prakrit, and other non-English terms should follow standard IAST transliteration, with Devanagari or original script given at first use.

References: APA style, 7th edition.

Suggested structure: Introduction, Background, Review of Literature, Research Gap, Research Questions, Theoretical Framework, Methodology, Analysis and Findings, Discussion, Educational Implications, Limitations, Conclusion.

Submission Preparation Checklist

- Original, unpublished, not under consideration elsewhere
- Word count within the stated limit for this submission type
- Abstract (150–250 words) and keywords (5–8) included
- Section clearly identified
- References complete and consistently formatted
- IAST transliteration used for non-English terms
- Manuscript file itself contains no author-identifying information, for blind review
- Conflict of interest disclosed, or its absence stated
- Informed consent/ethics approval confirmed, where research involves human participants
- Any generative AI use disclosed

Reviews of recently published scholarly books relevant to Indian Knowledge Systems and education. Not peer reviewed; assessed editorially.
